Rosanna has made the experience so pleasurable! This is the second time I’ve used them and I feel like they are family. They did a great professional job at the best price out there and the installers are so respectful and hardworking.My quartz was stuck on a cargo ship off the coast of New Jersey due to the pandemic and Rosanna kept me posted daily. She put me in touch with the distributor in charge and they kept me up to date on the status almost daily. Once it was finally released they got it to the fabricators in the same day.Rosanna rescheduled my installation quickly and put me on the top of the list! I love and am thrilled with my countertops and am so glad we all waited it out and she never tried to convince me to pick a second choice! Dan is wonderful as well! I am beyond impressed with this company! Rosana went above and beyond with our phone calls, website search for the right granite for our country home and she even face timed me to show me the slab when it arrived at the warehouse! This company cares if your happy or not with your selection which is hard to find nowadays. My husband hand crafted our cabinets by using the trees on our land that he milled himself. It was a challenge to find the right counters but when I met Rosana she made it so easy! I picked them out in a day. The install was fast and PERFECT. The crew are definitely experts at their craft..we can’t even see the seam on one of the massive counter tops. I can't say enough good things about this company. Dan is super nice, prompt and professional. His workers are equally as well. They were so efficient and neat too! Love my new counters and the transformation!! Quality products and workmanship!!
